Hi,

We're putting together a collection of server crashes for DICE with the intention to improve stability moving forward. In order to do this, we need your help.

If either your game server crashed or hung requiring a restart, please provide the information below:

- Game server IP and port (game port not rcon port)
- Exact time of crash
- Game mode and slots
- Description of the crash

If you notice another KC member has already posted what sounds like an identical crash to yours, no need to replicate that as we're looking to cover as many different types of crashes as possible.

The servers crashes when 64 of 64 slots are in use. We do have another serverhoster and same there, too.
Btw: that issue works in all R-versions ;-)

Terrible lag when server runs full, tryed reboot, game runs smooth until you hit 64 players again. other servers in same box can be emty so its not overload in box.

19:46 crashed full server with message:

As an aside we had 15 players in a queue to join gameport 25240 - Would this have been a cause?

After the lastest server update, our server needs a daily reboot, because else it's not visible in the battlelog server browser.

Conquest Mode - 64 Slots - Kharg Island

"Game disconnected: could not join server. " Although its showing in the BL, I cant join it.

Its not my game or connection, but our other server states ( S16 ) "You were disconnected from EA Online. " but I can get on other public servers.

Also is Rweb offline, as I cant access it at all at present. Page refuses to load http://rweb.killercreation.co.uk/ ( related ? )

Only solution you would think is to reboot, but in doing so it still doesnt start up ( or allow connections after several tries over a period of 20 minutes.) I've tried the "restart" option, which still doesnt seem to bring it back on line ( although the gp says its running ) and I also tried actually "stopping" the server option and leaving it for a few minutes then using "start", but that makes no difference.

Currently, in the BL the server shows up now, but has no ping and refuses everyone trying to connect with the error above. So atm we have no servers.

This is now no longer a joke.

Multiple mass disconnects yesterday throughout the day, at least 3 times our servers entirely emptied without crashing, all users were 'Disconnected From EA Online'
