BBC2 Renawal Option to change Slots

I'm going to be renewing out bbc2 server rental but would like to reduce the slots (from 32 to 24), will I get that option when I go through the renewal process? I paid via CC btw.

If you submit a ticket or email we can adjust the slots and price to match before you renew.
