Any issues we encountered were solved swiftly and with great accuracy, any advice given has always been amazing and i have a special place reserved in my heart for KCs amazing support department, who have in the past, waited until 4am to do work on out server because it had players on it, where else would you get that kind of service?
In August this year (2011) we made the decision to move away from DOD and go to Battlefield 3, the decision was taken by us that we would need to rent a dedicated server for this. We consulted KCs sales department on this matter and were given great and impartial advice on the best route we could go down to get a dedicated server capable of running what we wanted it to with a no pressure attitude towards actually selling us the box.
Our Poweredge II server was set-up within 6 hours of it being ordered and available for us to use, since that time we have spoken to KCs support department about various issues we have had (mainly related to DICES BF3 server files rather than KCs service) and as always, we have received great advice on how to resolve issues and keep things as stable as possible on what are not the most stable server files in the world (DICE really need to fix stability).
Since we first rented out DOD server from KC in 2009 until this very day i can honestly say that i don't have a single complaint about anything that Killercreation has ever done or the service they have provided us with.
Myself and all our other admins and community members who enjoy playing BF3 on KCs amazing gaming network everyday would like to extend a huge thanks to everyone at Killercreation for the amazing service they provide.
