When people ask me "Plz" just because it's shorter than "Please"
I feel perfectly justified to answer "No" because it's shorter than "Yes"

Supprt ticket is the official way to get a response. KillerCreation normall respnd to matters reaonably swiftly. If you have raised a support ticket you should have had an acknolwedgement email so you know it is in their queue.
