Hello,

I know I should submit a support ticket, But they haven't replied. It's been 1hour since I rented a CSS server here.
Any help or suggestions?

Supprt ticket is the official way to get a response. KillerCreation normall respnd to matters reaonably swiftly. If you have raised a support ticket you should have had an acknolwedgement email so you know it is in their queue.
