I can hardly remember when I first approached KC to rent a server (sorting through age-old mail archives reveals it to be almost two years ago). I had just gone through my first VPS experience (a server host with a name closely resembling "Scream") where customer representatives insisted I kill off a root-initiated process for resource usage on a shared box. After frantic attempts at communication I started looking closer to home for a new solution.

Admittedly, KillerCreation came off low on my Google searches, but after digging through, and discarding, the many mass-purveyors of hosting solutions, the time came to look over KC's site. Excellent pricing and contract periods (a single month without setup fee? Glorious for a trial run!) as well as more than generous usage terms had me feeling all warm and fuzzy as I looked over the server stock. I even took a gander at the forums and noted that a lag issue caused by a third-party was handled completely by KC without involving the server admin. Magnificent service!

Picking out a modest server I felt could fit in my budget (to this day I fund it completely out of my own pocket, despite several communities) I put in an order, and sat back in my chair, hot with anticipation. Less than 20 minutes later I get a response, informing me of certain issues between my server/os choice. Marvelous! I had never expected a company to actually care about the prospective reliability of the service! Gleefully I responded and within no time at all we had found an excellent package for my demanding specifications.

To this day I've only had to contact KC on two occasions, and neither had been a fault of theirs. In both cases the problems were solved within marginal time frames. No hassle, no worry. I consider the service to go above and beyond what I would normally expect (coming from a previous CR worker that is intended as a great compliment), and every communiqué has always had an air of nerd-knowledge, making me feel more like talking to a peer than a service robot.


Sirs, I thank you for (almost) two excellent years and I look forward to several more in times to come. Keep it up!

I was unsure which customer you were but after checking your forum email and our accounts, I do remember this set up as I believe it was me that dealt with it. Great to hear from a happy customer and long may that continue
