Right newbie question here but ive just ordered a 10man ventrilo server for a moth from you and it all works sound - but i was just wondering how do i chose admins and stuff for server and set passwords.
I suppose it is done through the ftp access but i cant seem to find a way to get into it!
Help is much appreciated.

o ye forgot to say - if you do link me to the ftp do i use the username and password i was sent in email?

Hi,

There's no FTP with the ventrilo servers. Thats just a standard note in our emails about our customer FTP, which is only accessible from our dedicated servers.

The way to manage your ventrilo server would be through our easy to use control panel. Details for this can be found via our customer control panel. Just log in and find your details under voice servers - there will be a URL and a user/password combination for you to log into the ventrilo control panel.
