Game servers?

Hi i'm just wondering what does the game servers package actually include.
I'm looking a css 1000fps server, i'm under the impression you get a war server and a public server? Is this correct?

I'm not too sure where you heard that from but I'm afraid that's incorrect. All game server purchases are for a single instance.
