I just wanted to post up my thanks for the great service thus far.

I had issues with my BC2 server whilst with one of your rivals which resulted in my quarterly server being canned after only a month, and a refund being issued. The issues ranged from rubberbanding and lag (the root cause being server performance) to random crashes (we're talking up to 3 a day). I was incorrectly informed by the other provider that it was a DICE/EA problem.

I spoke to Justin on IRC about my issues, and with his assurances that I would have a different opinion here I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase a server. I have absolutely no regrets. The server is stable, the pings are low, and the server is attracting a regular crowd. In fact, it was thanks to this servers' great performance that I was able to get my refund at all, as I challenged them to explain why their service was so poor in comparison.

In addition to the great server performance, the support I've found in IRC is fantastic. I've not yet waited more than 20 seconds for a reply, and it's always sound advice.

Pluses on all fronts, I look forward to renewing my server with you in a couple of weeks time.

P.S. I asked in IRC about clan members sending payments directly. I know this is on the way at some stage, and IMHO it's the icing on the cake... it'll really complete the package. Will you let your customers know when it's launched?

Thank you for the kind words BC2 is a tricky game to host.

Our new customer portal should be out fairly soon and does indeed incorporate a ClanPay system as well as referrals. It also includes a much revised web based support section.

Getting there.....It's all bug testing at the mo which is incredibly dull but essential with it being a billing area as well.

I would estimate 2-4 weeks to fix outstanding issues and then some time to run through test migrations.

Awesome, I didn't know it was so close.

We've got members eagerly wanting to part with their money (nutters) but I don't want the burden of handling real money.
