hi guys,

first of all im new to kc and want to say the server running pretty good and ping is fine even if im from germany^^. also got some questions. ive seen somewhere in a forum you can set automated server msg via a config file but cant find it anymore. anyone know how that works? also would like to know how to turn pb screenshots on and off and how it work to add the subusers. i added one with his e-mail adress, gave him a user-id and a pw but he still cant log. any ideas why?

pb screenshots hasn't worked reliably with BF:BC2. It's one of those bug things.

sub admins no idea, haven't tried to use that function yet, although I really should.

Auto messages are fairly simple:

On the KC game Panel go into your server and open the default configuration files tab

You should see a file there called "pbspam.cfg". Edit that the format

ps_sv_task xxx yyy admin.say "your message here" all

where xxx is seconds to the first message display, yyy is seconds until the message is repeated
i.e

pb_sv_task 120 480 admin.say "Please visit www.nthwgaming.co.uk" all
pb_sv_task 240 480 admin.say "No Cheats, Glitching or Hacks: We stream to pbbans" all
pb_sv_task 360 480 admin.say "[NTHW] have CoD 4 and BF:BC2 servers" all

In the "pbsv.cfg" file add a line right at the very end

pb_sv_load pbsvspam.cfg

If you log into our Game Panel > Game Servers > click your BC2 server > File Manager icon.

That points to the screenshot directory of PB and any images will appear in there.
