Hi everyone,

Seeing as we all have made the common sense move to join Killer Creation, I thought maybe some of us could hook up for a game or two, so thought this might be the very place to say hello.

Since Joining KC late spring this year, by firstly renting a Bad Company 2 server, then later a whole dedicated Linux server as well, we have been really impressed by the help and speed and quality we have recieved for our gameservers. We cant recommend them enough.

My name is IXL and Im 36 and am a IT Project Manager for a Chilled Distribution Transport and Fresh Produce Company. Ive been involved in Gaming since I was 8, training younger classmates simple educational games and coding on the early BBC Computers. I used to run LAN events and then later and presently, ive founded, with a simular minded friend, a fresh new online gaming community, aimed at the mature gamer who has a team spirit and friendly approach to PC gaming.

We currently run a total of 9 gameservers, each separate for their mode. We play Counterstrike Source, Day of Defeat Source, Left for Dead 2, Team Fortress 2, Neotokyo and Bad Company 2 Gameservers for our "Teamgamers.co.uk" [ TGUK ] community. Were a community, not a CLAN, which means were open to all sorts of talk or ideas across varied subjects and we do not participate in Clan matches.

We are a UK based friendly but mature gaming community simply aimed at having fun to let off steam from the day to day working envronments...

Hello IXL. Nice variety of games. Do you have peeps on them all at once or do you all tend to play one together? We have a smaller set up but all tend to populate one game at once, which atm is BC2.

Also.. we are a community and not a clan but what would say the main differences are?

Yea, id say we were definately old skool Seems the best way so to speak

Well, there arent that many of us at the moment, were still working on a number of things getting most of us back online or together again, especially as most of us were LAN gamers, so its a new regime so to speak, but its all good.

We tend to try and orgainise events using our forums or steam group for particular games, so its wheneven most of us are free or want to arrange somethign. We have a wide variety of servers because we all like to play something different now and again and are not "narrow minded" so to speak to stick to one game 24 /7.

I would say that was partly the difference from a clan to a community. The rest is basically were mature enough to talk about wider subjects than just "one" game. Were open to all sorts of topics and ideas and just want to bring together sensible people with just a sense of humour and fun gaming....

We dont run matches or stats and are friends with other wider communities too , thats the only thing, were just in this for fun.
