Hey All.
I would just like to take a few mins to say THANK YOU to Justin and the KillerCreation staff for the support and services we have recieved for the past 12 months.
I came to KC 1 year ago now to put together a brand new small clan of people from the UK to play CoD4... Becasue of the sheer quality, speed and low latency servers we were running (thanks to the fantastic KC network) we very quickly found ourselves with a large amount of new members from all over the world and a MASSIVE following of public players who all loved our servers becasue of the Quality of connection, continuous uptime and our own fantastic group of admins. It was less than 2 months before I had to upgrade us to the top tier dedi server KC offered at the time to allow us to add additional services and accomadate our large following. A couple of months after that we purchased our second dedictaed box to run side by side with our first to allow us to add further games and run all the admin services, mods and new games we needed. Now a year on and we are bigger than ever, we run 2 dedi boxes with KC, our map re-direct service, our voice servers and are in the process of moving our webhosting over too.

The support that I have recived is just amazing!!! I have used many of the GSP's out there over the years and NONE even come close to offering the dedication to providing the best customer service possible to thier clients that Killercreation provide... Every single support ticket and question i have ever submitted has been replyed to with unbelievable speed and providing the ideal or perfect solution every time. They are allways honest and give the most sensible solution unlike some who would take advantage of an upgrade enquiry by telling you that you need to upgrade to some stupidly expensive solution, these guys will give multiple options based on what you NEED not what will earn them the most. The quality of the hardware is excellent. The network that they run is just unbelievable to such an extent that we have members in East Coast USA and the further reaches of the EU that get a better connection and in most cases ping then they do from servers much closer. We even get players conecting from the West Coast and Asia who choose to play and return to our servers time and time again rather than playing more local ones.
The help, support and advice I have been given is amazing... I dont think I have found anything that these guys dont know about gameservers yet and they have helped me out on many occasions to get my servers up and running quickly and set up exactly as needed. Finnaly the uptime on thier network is just as incredable, with all other GSP's I have used there has allways been big periods of downtime and a long wait (up to 4 days from one GSP) for a support ticket to be read and resolved, with KC we have had near on a perfect year of service with NO long periods of downtime or waiting for a ticket response and i'm pretty sure that the tiny glitches in connection we have seen have allways been outside of the KC network or due to myself making mistakes with setups.

So in a nutshell.. Killercreation.co.uk in the eyes of myself and all my clan/community members and public players are by a mile the absolute best all round Game Service Provider out there!!! Without their Hardware, Network, support and attitude to customer service I would not have the succesesfull Clan and Community I now have with the reputation and following that we have built up.
If you are not a customer but are looking for a good GSP then stop now and look no further. If you go with these guys you will not regret it as there is simply no better service out there.

Lol yup. Whilst I was writing this post our match server did somehow disappear while some new servers were being installed on our dedi... Its no biggy, just one of those things, we have so many servers on that box and they all look the same exept slight differnces in port numbers. I have done it many times on our non EA box and Godsbane was prepared to put it all right. Im just glad it wasn't our BFBC2 server we have just got to rank #76!!!
I can also remeber the first server we had... the first dedicated box I have ever run and Justin and the team were more than patient with my continued tickets and questions to get up and running.

I'm all up for that, although, Godsbane is a bit good (read plays far too much .) Weekends are generally better for us due to KC hrs, but weekdays are possible past 10pm.

I thought about doing a fun 4v4v4v4 squad DM thingy at some point.

I've been selling [BSM] and myself a bit lately to improve our player count. I've been encouraging our admins to do the same but it seems I am the only ***** It's been great so far. In a bid to generate some server peeps I have buckled and entered onto the "noob" name band wagon and changed our unused softcore server name.
What do you think?
