Hi there,
i have been looking for a properly Licensed Ventrilo reseller. I read this in your news area
"We've put together a reseller package for Vent which we'll be offering from Monday. Prices start from 0.21p + vat per slot reducing all the way down to 0.12p +vat. The minimum reseller package will be a 100 slot uptake pre paid for the month."


So i was wondering if you could point me in the right direction to getting this package of yours. Also i would like to know about Branding, and if we can get an unbranded CP.

We are co-locating with Alpha and would like to use our IP range with the servers. Is this possible?

The reseller CP is unbranded.

With regards to your leased IP, yes it is possible, although, a bit of a headache. One option would be creating your own vlan and binding that vlan to our vent server’s port.

Alternatively, it would be a case of attaching Alpha's vlan to the switch port.

Neither of the above is a very good idea, it creates a lot of unnecessary chatter over the fiber links which we're trying to get to a minimum. Aside from that, the outgoing bandwidth used by the vent server will register on the vlan which will count towards your monthly 95th percentile bill. Not only will you be paying for the vent slots but the bandwidth to go with.

I think I'll spare us both the headache, and go with the easy option!
All that remains to be known though is- How much in total(if i was to pick the minimum package) and how can i order it?
