NTL peering issues

NTL customers will be finding that their latency has been up and down like a yoyo the past week or so.

This is down to some NTL links experiencing congestion during peak hours. Unfortunately there is not a lot we can do about it. We tried disabling our Private peering with NTL thus forcing NTL customers in/out over our global transit with Telewest or partial with ENTA. This I'm afraid made little difference, both Telewest and ENTA also peer with NTL; the effect was a few more hops to go over the same fiber.
