KC has proven to be the most helpful GSP I could have ever imagined, and Justin's support has been fantastic over the past 3 months. Our problems are addressed, when things go wrong everything is discussed openly and honestly, and I always know where I stand.
IRC support is responsive and helpful, very rarely do I leave the IRC channel with my issue unresolved (and even then, the relevant support is requested from DICE). Godsbane is always very direct with his answers which I like, there's nothing worse than scripted support. Though I have stopped bugging him so much these days!
The forums are full of help and, although not an official support channel, Justin engages with us all on a very personable level. With my old GSP everything was so polite and formal, it did make you feel like a number in the queue.
Server performance has been fantastic! Latency is fabulous, server uptime is exceedingly good and the game panel is just so use friendly.
Then there's the 'icing on the cake'. The development of KC RCON for use by KC customers, and the amount of engagement we've had during it's development, just puts KC above and beyond the competition. No other GSP's go to these lengths to please their customers and meet their needs.
