hi, i hired one of your teamspeak servers after a friend recommened you.
trouble is i'm having trouble logging into the teamspeak control panel so i can start setting it up (totally new to this so lots of questions will no doubt need to be posted later).
it asks for a
username
password
serverport: already filled in (i assume with correct port)
however in my account details i have a
Management Url:xxxxxxx
Voice IP/Hostname: xxxxxxxxx
Voice Username:xxxxxxx
Voice Password:xxxxxxx
+ i have my user name and password to see my account details but i can't seem to get any combination to work.
I'm assuming i'm doing somthing totally stupid but any friendly tips would be greatfully recieved.
thanks

Morning
When you click the management URL, it'll ask for a username, password and port as you say -- the most likely cause of issue is you're not changing the port number at the bottom to match your server.
If the details for you in our cp looked like thiis
Management Url: http://ts.killercreation.co.uk:14534
Voice IP/Hostname: ts.killercreation.co.uk:8888
Voice Username: admin
Voice Password: apass
Click the management url, enter the username admin, password apsss and change the port to 8888. That would get you in.
Just for reference, if you could use support [at] killercreation.co.uk that would be appreciated, these are pre-sale only forums.
Thanks
