Can someone tell me how I ban people using the PB console on the webtool? I cannot ban people half the time whether or not it's the 100 ban limit or not.
I cannot find the commands.
Thanks!

OK I found a guide, I tried to ban someone who is a well known hacker. The console said the ban was added, he still got in using the same GUID. What is the point in PB when it just doesn't work! SO ANNOYING.

I've had this problem too. Banning using the rweb tool doesn't work: http://www.killercre...banning-in-moh/
I did manage to ban someone, but had to do it through the KillerCreation game panel. In my case I was also streaming with PBBans so the pbbans.dat file was active.
Essentially there are two parts to the GUID being recorded, a string with EA and a uppercase characters and numbers, and then a lower case and number string. It seems that banning by the EA string will not work, but banning by the lower case string that is used by punkbuster will work. In my case I was able to find the player from the rweb lists, capture the pb string and add that to the pbbans.dat file.
An alternative might be to ban by player name and / or IP which would write to the banlist.txt file, but those are less fallable since a hacker is quite likely to change their player name or IP.
