Hello. I recently bought a server on GameServers.com. They're being ddosed (or something) and are ignoring all support tickets, won't supply any information and won't do any tasks.
I'm looking for a better server and thought i'd find out about this one. This is a question for people that use this service - not staff, i want an unbiased opinion. Are the servers known to be laggy part or all of the time?
I'm going to be buying a Left 4 Dead server but don't want any lag for people in the uk, and mostly no lag for every other country.

If you’re looking for a high quality server or services, outstanding and friendly customer support, well then you’ve come to the right place!
I’ve been with KC for well over 2 years now and I can say I’ve had hardly no down time, apart from when they moved data centre but that was well worth it
. Any issues I’ve had have been fixed it in a remarkable amount of time.

I cannot stress enough how much these guys here at KillerCreation strive to be the best (and in my opinion they are!), and believe me if you use any of their services you will see it shows.

Hi there,
Addressing your primary concern - I run a dedicated server for my Clan, and have pointed friends in other Clans to here for their server needs. Every server I have been on, or run, never suffers from lag. Thats it - I can't put it any simpler. My clan members and guests are primarily from the UK and play with low pings, the only time anyone has an issue is when it is down to thier ISP having problems.
As for mostly no lag for every other country - thats a pretty tall order. I would imagine European / American Players getting decent pings but further afield I wouldn't comment on.
If you are specifically looking at Left4Dead servers, hopefully one of the staff here can provide you with a server IP to test the service on. As Russell has mentioned, their support is second to none - in the unlikely event you do have an issue these guys will do their utmost to rectify it - usually in a few hours.
Hopefully you have found what you need, check the forums and the ICQ chat out aswell for more info.
