server still down

Am still getting server status unknown in gampepanel for my servers.

Hi Tommycat

What is your server IP? Have you tried restarting the server in the panel? I'll bring this to support's attention so they can take a look for you.

Our server is also still down. When I try to start the TF2 service I get "An error occurred while starting the game server."

Our dedi's IP is 81.19.209.167.

The game panel service can be unavailable on some machines, and we are working to get these restored to normal state. If your server is still down, please log into the customer control panel and create a support ticket - and we will be happy to assist. Thank you.
