Hi there,

Due to stability issues with the current TS3 and TS2 VoIP servers, we will be migrating services to a new physical box at 05:30 (BST) today, Monday 27th. The migration is expected to take no longer than 30 minutes.

We apologize for the short notice but feel the maintenance is required to ensure the smooth running of VoIP services.

This was posted on the forums a little late, but an email was sent out earlier to customers with either a TS2 or TS3 service.

And to confirm, the migration was completed just before 06:00.
