Hi there after being ripped of by my last gsp i asked around and a few i asked running mods said you were a good host & that they had been with you for some time with no issues.

So i have rented a 40 slot cod 5 server for a month to try your services out & have a few questions (not many )

(1) after payment how long does setup take i paid on 4th Sep. 2009 02:40gmt, so when will i be abble to access my server (hope thats not rude as i dont mean to be)

(2) i take it streaming is allowed & availabe to Anti Cheat sites I.E. PBBans, AON, punksbusted & so on (so i can run the latest & best anti cheat scriptsmd5 & Cvar checks)

(3) Please tell me you are not going to fold and do a runner with my funds like my last host WKD servers did to me ! & how long has this company be up for & are you a company not just a one man band who is colacated at bluesquare & runnig your work from your bedroom !.

Hi James,

(1) All Servers are usually set up within 2 hours of purchasing, providing they are within the support hours. You can also find the answer to this question within our FAQ.

(2) Yes you are allowed to upload Anti-Cheat Plugins to your Game-Server.

Just to add a small note to Kash's reply;

Your service was set up this morning - and you should have received login details for your customer account via email, as well as a notification of the service being online.

As for your 3rd question, KillerCreation Networks Ltd is a well established and registered company in excellent standing - and we fully own the network and server equipment we use, down to the very rack cabinets they are mounted in. You can find some simple facts and figures here, and we are now located in a data center called Centro - just north of London. This is one of the highest specification data centres in the country, and you have absolutely nothing to fear. We have been in business since 2003, and we are here to stay.

Cheers guys for info & for fast setup up by 11am today so good good as i didnt pay till through the early morning lol
