Best Servers/Support Ever! Thanks guys!

After shopping around for quite a while for a new server for Discovery UK, I finally came across Killer Creation, and thought it was the perfect place for us to host our presence. I got in the IRC chat and asked a few questions, and was instantly surprised at the immensely speedy response and helpful manner of the support technician (Godsbane). I came back after about a week, and we've now ordered the Core 2 Duo Pro, at a bargain price of £92/month! I ordered it Saturday evening at around 20:30, and it was installed within an hour. I received the login details at around 21:15 - the best turnaround ever.

First off, my immense thanks go to Godsbane, who not only answered a plethora of questions with unquestionable, limitless patience, he also managed to fix a little issue we ran into about 4 minutes after I logged in. It had nothing to do with Killer Creation - it was me not quite getting the firewall configuration setup (I was really tired, and I have flu, and I ended up clicking the wrong button :unsure: ). Nevertheless, at about 21:40 on a Saturday evening, he fixed it for me in about 10 minutes. That's what I call unparalleled, dedicated customer support - always putting the customer first.

I've since installed several servers, they're all running great with no lag whatsoever. My immense thanks to Godsbane and all of you here at Killer Creation. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who requires a server, and am looking into upgrading and purchasing further servers with you in the future :)

Felt like I should update this. . .

I had to speak with someone the other day, and Justin was most helpful in resolving some queries about IP/port binding errors being received. I also spoke with TeXaS just a few moments ago regarding bandwidth monitoring, and he said he'd have it activated for me within the next 24 hours.

Just wanted to add that this is the best customer support I've received anywhere, and will definitely be recommending you. I'm sure that Kash and Luke will be just as helpful if I need to speak to them in future :)
