Can't connect to any server hosted by killercreation

The two servers I play on mainly are hosted by you guys.

81.19.219.52:27015 CS 1.6 BSM
81.19.209.96:27015 CS 1.6 SHI*E Clan

Steam gives me the server not responding message for these two servers and any others I try to connect to hosted by Killercreation. Strangely trace routes are successful.

I wonder has my IP range been banned for any reason? This has been happening for about 2 months. I can connect to any other server just fine as long as it's not one of Killercreation's.

My IP is (I don't mind posting it) 92.239.196.119 and my host is Virgin Media.

EDIT: Also to note I've contacted the admins at BSM and they haven't banned my SteamID or IP.
