If you have already pre-ordered(?), you should have received an email from me or another member of staff confirming the purchase. If you have not, please drop us an email to sales at killercreation.co.uk.

well i sent you a message this morning at 07.15 using the contact form and still ive had no replies from,,not a very good start,,id of at least expected a recipt for the payment i made to you

I would agree but we have doubled checked all tickets received today and there was nothing relating to your BC2 order. We also went through pre-orders to date confirming each customer had indeed been sent a notification (which they had).
Please email us at support at killercreation.co.uk as something does not fit here. Alternatively, pm me on this board and confirm the name, email address and your payment email address used during the sign-up.

I've managed to track down the pre-order using your forum email address (king_*******@hotmail.com).
You were indeed sent confirmation of purchase at 22:44 last night (17/02/2010) to your Hotmail address. Please check your Hotmail’s junk mail folder for an email from myself yesterday.
To confirm, this was your order:

Package: BF Bad Company 2 Official Ranked

My email address is the same on both this forum account and the email I gave you guys, by the way. I would like to get this issue resolved, as it's starting to worry me that I have no clue what's happening with my server.

The original posters issue was related to a junk filter deleting emails.
If you have ordered today, you should have received the following from us:
"Thank you for ordering with us.
EA/DICE have imposed a restriction upon all Ranked Providers whereby no additional BC2 game servers are to setup until they resolve a load issue on their Master Servers. For more information, please see here http://forums.electr...al-servers.html
Both DICE and EA have been working hard throughout the week, and we are hoping over the course of the next day or so the issue will be resolved.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience, and rest assured the paid term does not start until your service is online. As soon as DICE lift the restriction, your game server will be setup straight away."

yes i got the email and send 2 replies to it ,,i also used the contact us form on the site but still no reply

Just had a quick test with our contact form and it is spam checked before hitting our mail box. I'm guessing you probably specified the same email address in the form as you replied with.
If you contact us via the billing area listed in the previous post, we'll iron this one out. Don't want to keep you waiting.

ok i will do but im sure this is nothing to do with my end as every 1 else gets my emails and i seem to recive all emails including junk mails except yours,,ive just checked my out box and i sent 27 emails yesterday and got a reply to all except the 2 i sent you and if they dont get delivered for what ever reason i recive a message telling me so but i go no messages so i would say the problem is your end and not mine
