Hi,
We currently have our own dedicated server box running another game co-located at a data-centre, however we are interested in running a Battlefield Bad Company 2 server.
Is it possible to rent a BF:BC2 server on a co-located box with yourselves? If so, any idea of the pricing options available?
Apologies if this is the wrong forum or has been asked before.
Thanks

Hi there,
Unfortunately it's not possible to run Ranked Servers on co-lo boxes, and is due to the fact it's your hardware which opens up concerns over maintaining file integrity. Even if we were to format the box and secure the server like any other Ranked dedi, it's still your box, and thus you would be entitled to remove the physical server at any point in time, and potentially with the Ranked files still on it.
Sorry about, but there is not a lot of slack with Ranked Games.
