I do know that with Ranked servers Killercreation doesn't currently allow direct access to PunkBuster Screenshot folder. On PunkBuster configs it's possible to change your screenshot folder (PB_SV_SsPath) so that it isn't even close to your game files.
If you don't want to allow access to different folder even on the same computer it should be easy to save these screenshots to another computer through network drive. Just mount some network folder to a drive letter in Windows and you could just change this PB_SV_SsPath to that drive and folder on it. This another computer could actually be an ftp server providing realtime access to screenshots for many customers.
Don't really know if it would be realistic with your resources and if you think screenshots are that important for your customers.

Hi,
Ideally we want to allow customers access to the instance directory, but there is a restriction in place at the moment which is stopping us. As per DICE's request, end-users are not allowed to fully edit the ServerOptions.ini, otherwise we could allow file manager access to the /conf directory where PB resides.
For the moment, we do have a redirection service is place which transfers the contents of the screenshot directory to a remote URL such as http://bf.killercrea...co.uk/bc2/pbss/ - this service is setup on request and automatically transfers any .png and .htm files to the remote URL at X time of day.

We are able to get them in real time via the server logs tabs like bf2?

Hi Justin,
Do we have to submit a support ticket to get this setup?
