After being a customer for some time now I thought I should write some words of appreciation.

We have been with Killer for some time now, numerous times before we came to them for help regarding issues that we had and we have always felt that these guys go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. We once had an issue with our dedi hard-drive that seemed to be failing and it was sorted without any issues or set backs (they just gave us another server so we could move all the stuff there in the same day).

Other times they promptly offered to do things that could well be considered by some "not part of the contract".

The last example has been today.

After getting an email with our new BC2 server order 2 days ago we sent an email to support asking for changes to our account (merging of 2 into one) and to our voice server (so we could change it from Vent to TS3 and merge the slots we had from our dedi with our BC2 ones).

Godsbane promptly answered on how to proceed. The first thing I was surprised about was the "yes" answer without any restrictions. We had once with a so-called provider been denied an increase of slots on a game server without making a new contract and changing ip address (Most of us know its changing a number on a script...) and yet Killer has no issues in merging accounts, changing slots and server types etc.

After the last email was sent it took Killer around 30 minutes to set all up (even with the amount of work BC2 servers must be giving at the moment to the team)

Just wanted to thank both Godsbane and all Killer staff for their ever fast response time and "killer" support.

You guys DO make a difference from a lot of providers out there!
