Welcome to the forums.
BC2 orders are on hold at the moment until EA/DICE fix the Master Servers. We've been sending email notifications to all pending customers waiting for their service(s). This affects all orders received between Friday and Monday 8th.
From our email
"EA/DICE have imposed a restriction upon all Ranked Providers whereby no additional BC2 game servers are to setup until they resolve a load issue on their Master Servers. For more information, please see here http://forums.electr...al-servers.html
Both DICE and EA have been working hard throughout the weekend and we are hoping over the course of the next day or so the issue will be resolved.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. As soon as DICE lift the restriction, your game server will be setup straight away."

Afraid no ETA as yet. I know they are working hard on sorting it but are unable to provide a suggested time for a fix.
