Hi
The 8pm crashes are when EA's Master Servers buckle under load. It's happened every night since the Official release last Friday.
Keep an eye on the EA UK forums. Handy for most known issues http://forums.electr...d-company-2-pc/
Copy and pasted from another thread.
"All Ranked Providers are at the mercy of EA/DICE until they fix a variety of issues in both the backend and server build. The current server build (R5) is very unstable, and this coupled with Master Server load issues, and the result amounts to a lot of frustration for everyone. All we can really do is sit back and wait patiently for the fixes.
DICE have been working hard throughout the weekend, and hopefully we'll see some progress with stability issues addressed in the up and coming R6 server patch. EA are also working on the Master Servers as it appears they were not quite ready for the number of players/servers.
From our end, when a server hangs and becomes unresponsive, the game panel is still seeing the process ID as live, and thus thinks it's up and running. The only way around this is to add protocol query support used confirm the actual status of the game server. We are looking into adding this shortly after a bit of testing."
