Bluesquare 2 data center suffers power outage
At around 12:30 pm, Bluesquare 2 data center suffered a power outage while carrying out routine maintenance on their UPS. The outage lasted approx 10 mins and affected the whole KillerCreaton network.
As to why Bluesquare were carrying out maintenance/testing during business hours is beyond us. We can only but apologize to our customers for this outage. All services are restored, we have unfortunately suffered a few hardware failures as a result of Bluesquare’s actions but are working to resolve any issues.
