Bandwidth Packages - Please Read
Unlimited Gaming bandwidth package - Our default package. Selecting this option means that you agree to only using your dedicated server to run game servers. The service includes unlimited bandwidth but only for game traffic and excludes massive multiplayer online games (MMOG/MMORPG's). Any use of the server beyond this purpose such as file sharing is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of service without refund. Please note, we do allow for the installation of applications such as MySQL and Apache which various stat add-ons require as well voice comms such as Teamspeak or Ventrilo.
Any Use Server bandwidth package - Selecting this option allows you to install pretty much anything you want within reason. To state the obvious we do not permit the installation and usage of file sharing applications even if the content being shared is legal. Ircd's are also strictly prohibited. This package allows bandwidth usage up to 6Mbit 95th Percentile through the month. Please note we in no way cap or restrict any ports. Exceeding the bandwidth limits by a vast amount will result in additional charging of £15+VAT per Mbit based on 95th Percentile billing.
All dedicated servers are located in Bluesquare 1 and 2 connected to our own Multi Gbit Fibre Backbone between Telehouse and Bluesquare provided by Major Transit providers (Telewest, ENTA and NTL) - pinging as low as 5ms to UK Broadband users.
