The KillerCreation support team will be on hand during these hours to help with any requests you the customer might have. Our team consists of individuals with many years of experience in the hosting world backed up by recognized qualifications in Cisco, Linux and Windows.
Please note: These are official support hours where at least one member of staff will be present on IRC and email to deal with any requests. Members of staff will be around outside of these hours, however, we do reserve them for maintenance, patching, and updates required on a daily basis to keep everything within our network running smooth and efficiently.
We also provide support pages intended to answer most everyday questions and provide helpful information such as server setup guides, Windows support, Linux support and so on.
