What OS do you run your gameservers on?
It all depends on the game. Typically we use the following:
Half-Life 1 – Linux, CentOS or Fedora
Half-Life 2/ Source – Windows 2003 Server.
Call of Duty 1 and mods – Windows 2003 Server.
Call of Duty 2 – Windows 2003 Server.
Battlefield 2 – Mixture of Linux and Windows 2003 Server.
Quake - Mixture of Linux and Windows 2003 Server.
UT2004 – Linux
Medal of Honor and mods - Windows 2003 Server.
